Mortgages by Catherine is a multiple award winning mortgage broker located in Kelowna, British Columbia. For her, I was able to assist with revised branding, web design and development, email, CRM, and newsletter setup and integration, develop marketing materials for print, as well as assist with various social media platforms setup and integration.

Mortgages by Catherine already had a logo design in place, but to better align with the website and marketing materials redesign, we updated the logo to better match the fonts and colour scheme being used across the board to help the brand have uniformity.

Mortgages by Catherine was in need of a full website redesign. She wanted to incorporate her new branding, new content, redesigned resources, new achievements, SEO, and connect her new CRM system into the site. After consultation with the client, we decided on a colour scheme that she liked that would match her branding and a more captivating content flow. New photographs were taken and provided to match her branding. We developed and designed additional pages and content, and made the user experience more uniform, SEO friendly and consistent.

To go hand in hand with the updated website for Mortgages by Catherine, we worked together to update the design of a few resources that she offers to her clients to help them better understand mortgages. I also helped design a flyer for a seminar that she was going to be giving on equity solutions for seniors. When working together with realtors, Mortgages by Catherine uses the footer space to co-brand, in which the realtor image and contact information is displayed beside her own.

With business growing fast, Mortgages by Catherine was looking to setup a CRM system for her business. After careful review of multiple CRM systems, AgileCRM was a great fit and integrated with her current systems and setup. I worked closely with the client to learn all the stages of the deals, so we could create internal notifications, automated emails, newsletters, client transferring and tagging, and more that would automatically run as her clients moved through deal stages. We created dozens of workflows containing hundreds of actions that would happen along every step as a deal’s stage changed. This helped Mortgages by Catherine free up valuable time and energy, see deals and stages in an efficient and organized view, and allows the business to scale with ease.
